Eid ul Adha

Zulhijjah is the last month of the Islamic calendar. Literally, it means "hajj." Obviously, this name of the month indicates that the great annual worship of "hajj" is performed in this month, which gives it special significance. In 1992 some 35 million Pakistanis, or about 30 percent of the population, were unable to afford nutritionally adequate food or to afford any nonfood items at all. Of these, 24.3 million lived in rural areas, where they constituted 29 percent of the population. Urban areas, with one-third of the national population, had a poverty rate of 26 percent.

Why we need an education system?

Education is the basic necessity for a human being to understand the matters in all fields of life and to solve problems from basic to complex. Without education a sensible person cannot survive and it is as significant as food is to body.

Pakistan's Existing Education System:
Today the government school system does not offer that environment and opportunity. Ours is a very divisive education system which has created a huge gap between the have's and have not's, hence we have Babus and Seths. This divisive system having penetrated deeply in to our culture, the results of which are right in front of our eyes.

Sport Kabaddi


Kabaddi 

Kabaddi is sometimes referred to as the "game of the masses" due to its popularity in Asia and its simple format. No sophisticated equipment is required to play the game.

Kabaddi originated in South Asia and is played with two teams of 12 players (seven on court, and five in reserve). The game consists of two halves of 20 minutes each. Two teams compete., alternating between defence and offence.

Hockey is played with 10 field players on each team. In the Asian Games, every team is made up of 16 players, 11 on the field and five in the interchange area.

Players use their hockey stick to control, pass, push and hit the ball. The object of the game is to get the ball into the opposing team's goal. The team that scores the most goals wins the match.

Bodybuilding is the art of sculpting a balanced and muscular body through resistance training, diet and rest. At a competitive level it is all about impressing a panel of judges, who are looking for the most aesthetically pleasing and balanced physique.

Bodybuilding competitors perform a series of well-practised poses designed to show off their physique to best effect. A good pose can make the difference between winning and losing. Body builders are required to perform seven compulsory poses: front double-biceps, front lat-spread, side chest, back double biceps, back lat-spread, side triceps, and abs and thighs.
